How It Works

Timed Test: Choose a duration (30, 60, or 120 seconds) and start typing. The countdown begins with your first keystroke and ends automatically when time runs out.

Words Per Minute (WPM) measures typing speed using the standard word length of 5 characters:

WPM = (Correct Characters / 5) / Minutes Elapsed

Accuracy is calculated as the percentage of correctly typed characters:

Accuracy = (Correct Characters / Total Characters Typed) × 100

Character Highlighting:

Green — correctly typed characters
Red underline — incorrectly typed characters
Highlighted — current character cursor
Gray — characters yet to be typed
